Upright meaning
The merchant watches from the cliff as his ships return — not all of them yet, but enough to stop calling the venture a gamble. The Three of Wands is the first real data after the bold decision: international revenue appearing in the segment breakdown, the pilot program converting, the expansion actually expanding. Foresight is being graded now, publicly, in quarterly installments. The horizon still holds ships unaccounted for. But the ones in view are riding low in the water, which is how you want your ships.
