Knight of Swords
Swords · card 62 of 78 · headline charge, conviction without confirmation, speed over diligence, the galloping thesis
Upright meaning
The Knight of Swords charges at full extension, sword forward, into weather he has not checked. He is the trade made at headline speed: the position opened on the alert, sized on adrenaline, defended on momentum before the second paragraph loads. His analysis is genuinely sharp — that is the tragedy; the blade is fine, the reins are decorative. Sometimes he is first and right and legendary. The card records, without cruelty, that the same charge produces both outcomes, and the horse has never once been consulted.
Market notes
Pairs with headline-driven trades, immediate large reactions to partial information, and conviction outrunning confirmation. Read against sharp `changePercent` spikes on incomplete news within an unsettled 30-day trend. Flag what remains unconfirmed — the second paragraph, specifically.
In the spread
In a past, present, future spread, this card takes the meaning of its seat: what has already happened, what is happening now, or which way the story leans. The position changes the tense. The card does not change its mind.
